If you're running low on space or want to store your Usenet articles on another drive, Usenet Wire makes it easy to update your default folder location.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open Usenet Wire.

  2. Go to the top menu and select Options > Settings.

  3. In the left-hand menu, select Downloads.

  4. Locate the field labeled Download Folder.

  5. Enter a folder path manually, or select the three-dot button to browse for and choose a different folder or drive.

  6. After selecting the preferred destination, press OK or Apply to save the change.

Future articles will be saved to the new folder.

Why Change Folder Location?

Changing the default download folder can help free space on your primary drive, store articles on a larger secondary drive, or keep your articles better organized.
