How do I cancel my account?

We Can Help!

We value our customers and would like to make sure that you have the best experience when using our service. If you are canceling due to technical issues, we have multiple guides that could be of assistance to you. Many of these issues are easy to resolve. Still want to cancel?

You can cancel your account by logging in to the Account Control Panel and clicking on "Update Your Payment".

 

  1. Access the Account Control Panel

Log in to your Newshosting account through the Account Control Panel.

 

  1. Navigate to Payment Settings

Once logged in, select the "Update Your Payment" option.

  1. Initiate Cancellation

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Cancel Account" button located beneath the invoices.

Can I have my money back for the time/credits I didn't use?

No, we do not provide refunds for unused time/kilobytes on monthly plans.
