You can cancel your account by logging in to the Account Control Panel and clicking on "Update Your Payment".
Once there, scroll to the bottom and click the "Cancel Account" button under the invoices.
Can I have my money back for the time/credits I didn't use?
No, we do not provide refunds for unused time/kilobytes on monthly plans.
