Common Installation Issues and Fixes
1. Reboot Before Reinstalling
Before doing anything else, restart your device to clear any lingering background processes that may be interfering with installation.
2. Verify System Compatibility
Make sure your system meets the requirements for the VPN app:

Windows 10 or later

macOS 11 or later

Android 8.0+ or iOS 13+
3. Run as Administrator (Windows)
Right-click the installer and select Run as Administrator. This grants permissions needed for successful installation.
4. Disable Conflicting Apps Temporarily
Security software or other VPN services may block installation. Temporarily disable antivirus or competing VPN apps.
5. Clear Old Installations
If a previous version is stuck, uninstall it completely. Then delete the VPN folder in:

(Windows) -
/Applications/Newshosting VPN.app
(macOS)
6. Redownload the Installer
Corrupt or partial VPN installers can cause problems. Always use the link in your account dashboard to get the latest version.
