Steps to Unlock Account

If your account is locked or blocked, follow these steps to get it unlocked:

3. Provide Required Information

   • Provide the following information to the support team:
     • Username: Your account username or associated email address.
     • IPv4 Address: Your current IPv4 address, which can be found on websites like Showmyip.com.

Once you have provided the required information, the support team will assist you in unlocking your account.
