Remaining Account Data Incorrect

If you're using the Newshosting Lite plan and think your remaining data isn’t displaying correctly, there are a couple of steps to verify your usage.

 

Start by logging in to the Newshosting customer dashboard at https://controlpanel.newshosting.com/customer/

 

Once you're logged in, you’ll see your current plan information along with your remaining data for the month. This is the most accurate place to review how much Usenet access remains on your Lite plan.

 

For Unlimited data, please upgrade to the Unlimited or XL Powerpack plan

 

If the data shown doesn’t match your expectations, or if something seems inaccurate, please contact our Support team for assistance. We’ll be happy to look into the situation and make any corrections if necessary.

 

Access to Newshosting’s article retention, newsgroup coverage, and newsreader features depends on the accuracy of your plan status, so it’s a good idea to check your dashboard regularly.
