If you can't download anymore, make sure your account is active and that you have credits remaining (if you are on our NHLite plan). Check your account status and information using the Account Control Panel.

If your downloads are stuck, you may want to pause or cancel the current download and try a known, good test file to see if it is the download itself or something else.
