Newshosting Email Server Settings

Setting up your email client with Newshosting requires configuring the correct incoming and outgoing server details. Use the settings below to connect successfully.

Incoming Mail Server (POP3)

  • Server: mail.newshosting.com

  • Port: 110 (non-SSL) or 995 (SSL)

  • Authentication Required: Yes

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)

  • Server: Use the SMTP server provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP)

  • Authentication Required: Depends on your ISP

  • Port: Common ports include 25, 587, or 465 (SSL)

Most ISPs provide their own SMTP servers for sending mail. Refer to your ISP's documentation for the correct SMTP details.

Configuring Your Email Client

To configure your email client, follow these steps:

  1. Open your preferred email client.

  2. Navigate to account settings and select the option to add a new email account.

  3. Enter your Newshosting email address and password.

  4. Set the incoming mail server to mail.newshosting.com, choosing the correct port based on SSL preference.

  5. For the outgoing mail server, enter the SMTP server provided by your ISP.

  6. Save the settings and test the connection.

If you encounter any issues, verify the server details and authentication settings or contact your ISP for SMTP support.
